No Right of Withdrawal for Digital Products

Under Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU, digital content delivered electronically cannot be returned once delivery has started, provided you consented to immediate delivery and were informed of the loss of the withdrawal right.

Because our PDF products are delivered instantly and you consent at checkout, returns and refunds are not available after download access is granted.

When You Can Make a Claim

You may submit a complaint if: the file is corrupted; the download link does not work; the content does not match the description; the e-mail was not received within 60 minutes.

How to Submit

E-mail team@archideal.eu — Subject: “Complaint”. Include: order number, issue description, screenshot.

Resolution (within 30 days)

Replacement file or full refund to original payment method.
