We offer a 2-year warranty on the entire range. If a manufacturing defect appears, just get in touch — we resolve it quickly, without unnecessary paperwork.
We aim for the most accurate representation possible, though the shade may vary slightly depending on your screen. Each product lists the exact fabric type (e.g. velvet, chenille, boucle) and its Martindale abrasion rating, so you know exactly what you are choosing.
You can pay by card (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay) directly at checkout, or by bank transfer via QR code, which we e-mail you right after ordering. A QR-code payment usually reaches us immediately, a card payment within 2–7 days. Once it is credited, we send you the invoice and the delivery time stated on the product page starts.
We recommend checking the package upon delivery. If you notice any damage, contact us within 48 hours with photos — we will arrange a free replacement or repair.
Yes, delivery is always included in the price and we ship directly from the manufacturer throughout Slovakia and the Czech Republic.
As with any online purchase, you have 14 days to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason. Furniture just needs to be unused and in its original packaging — see our Terms and Conditions for details.
