Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions regulate the rights and obligations of the contracting parties in the sale of digital products through the online store archideal-home.com.

2. Subject Matter of Sale — Digital Products
The subject matter of sale consists exclusively of digital products: architectural house projects, design manuals and documentation in PDF format. Products are available for immediate download after payment.
3. Conclusion of Contract
The contract is concluded by sending and confirming the order. By sending the order, the buyer confirms agreement with these terms and conditions and the copyright protection conditions stated in Article 7. Agreement with the conditions is a mandatory part of the order process and the buyer confirms it by checking the appropriate box before sending the order.
4. Prices and Payment
Prices are in EUR including VAT. Accepted payment: bank transfer based on invoice (IBAN: SK21 8330 0000 0023 0207 2973, Archideal s.r.o.). Payment is required before the product is made available.
5. Delivery of Digital Product
After successful payment and order confirmation, the download link is sent to the buyer’s email. The seller is not responsible for non-delivery caused by incorrect address or spam filter on the buyer’s side.
6. Right of Withdrawal from Contract — Exception for Digital Content
According to Section 7, subsection 6, letter n) of Act No. 102/2014 Coll., the consumer does not have the right to withdraw from a contract for the supply of digital content if its provision has begun with the express consent of the consumer and the consumer has been informed of the loss of the right of withdrawal.
By clicking consent during ordering, the buyer expressly agrees to immediate delivery and loses the right to withdraw from the contract.
Refund of the amount paid for a digital product after the download has been made available is not possible.
The exception is a case of provable product defect — see Complaint Procedure.
7. Copyright Protection and License Terms
All digital products sold through archideal-home.com are copyrighted works protected by Act No. 185/2015 Coll. (Copyright Act) as amended and by international agreements on the protection of intellectual property, in particular the Berne Convention for the Protection of Literary and Artistic Works.
7.1 Scope of Granted License
By purchasing a digital product, the buyer obtains a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:
- personal use of the purchased project or documentation,
- realization of one building according to the purchased documentation (for architectural projects),
- internal use of design manuals for own purposes.
