Shipping & payment
Shipping is free to the entire delivery area. We accept payment only by bank transfer via QR code directly from your bank — the most secure method possible, since we never store or see your payment or card details.
Showroom
We are an online store. We have an office, but currently no showroom for trying the furniture in person before buying.
Returning physical goods
For physical goods (furniture), in accordance with Slovak law (Act No. 102/2014 Coll.), you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason.
Returning digital products
For digital content (design manuals) made available for download with your consent, the right of withdrawal ends in accordance with §7(6)(n) of Act No. 102/2014 Coll. See our Returns Policy for details.
Warranty
Goods carry the statutory warranty period of 24 months in accordance with Act No. 250/2007 Coll.

The furniture is manufactured in Europe. Exact dimensions, fabric type and weight are listed in the specifications section on each product page.
Upholstery care
Exact cleaning and care instructions are listed directly on each product page under "Care" — they vary by fabric type.
